All prices do not include tax and are subject to change. A $15 lock deposit will also be charged but returned at end of contract when lock and key are returned.

All our self storage units are rented monthly using the pro-rate method. This method ensures that customers are charged proportionally for the time they use the storage unit, making it a fair and flexible way to handle billing for partial months. You can decide whether to keep your unit temporarily or for years to come!
Our units are not heated, but they are insulated and ventilated to help protect against moisture and condensation. We do recommend users to check their units often especially in the summer when humidity is high to ensure there are no issues.
